CinexAI provides an AI-powered media production platform that enables clients to produce content through a combination of artificial intelligence and human creative oversight. Services include AI writing, image generation, video production, sound design, and post-production tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share login details, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all brand assets, briefs, and materials you upload to the platform. You also retain ownership of all content produced through the platform on your behalf, subject to any licensing terms of the underlying AI model providers. CinexAI does not claim ownership of your produced content.
You agree not to use CinexAI to produce content that:
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
CinexAI is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these terms with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
